Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with stretching and court orientation. Proper paddle grip is introduced. We then go into fun eye/hand coordination drills...everybody loves this! From there we begin with DINKING...the most basic and important shot in pickleball. Depending on the students comfort level, we have plenty of fun drills to focus on technique and muscle memory!
Lesson 4-10Winning strategies with your partner are introduced. Plenty of on court play scenarios.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 focus on serving and court position. A stronger emphasize is placed on rules and scoring.
What you need to bringPlease bring your water bottle...staying hydrated is key!
What I can bringI represent the CRBN product line of paddles and accessories. If you want to demo a paddle, I have some to try.
