Your first lessonWarm up session, explain the court, game, basic rules, mechanics and difference in paddle grips, start feeling the game hitting the ball.
Lesson 2-3Go over how the game is played, start with drills that will start helping ball direction, dinking, drops, drives, kitchen ruling.
Lesson 4-10Work on the serves and the rules on the mechanics, explain different types of serves, drills: dinks, drops, drives, progression approach in the game and paddle positioning, court placing according to playing situations.
Lesson 11+Help them have the feeling of the game anticipating shoots, ensure positioning in the court according to the situations, make sure that each shoot has a purpose. Make shoot prediction, create game strategies, how to play reading your opponents. Explore each players potentials to make sure they use it to the best of their abilities.
Advanced training plan
