About your pickleball coach

Whether you are new to Pickleball or an intermediate player in the 1.1 to 3.0 range, I help you build confidence, sharpen your fundamentals, and better understand how to play points. I use my two years of playing experience to teach practical skills and smart strategies that translate to real match success in Louisville, Kentucky. My lessons are patient and structured, with game basics, warm up drills, body positioning, paddle positioning, dinking, pacing, tips and tricks, and focused practice. I offer individual instruction as well as doubles coaching for partners who want to improve communication, positioning, teamwork, and strategy. We meet in person at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park. Paddles and balls are provided during lessons, so you can get started without your own equipment. Bring sneakers and a water bottle, and you may bring your paddle if you have one. I also provide suggested home training with select lesson packages. Book a session and let’s build your game step by step.

Your first lessonYour first lesson is designed to be fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly. We’ll cover the fundamentals of pickleball, including rules, scoring, paddle grip, serves, groundstrokes, volleys, and court positioning. You’ll get plenty of hands-on practice through simple drills and finish by applying what you’ve learned in live play. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve quickly, and leave excited to get back on the court.
Lesson 2-3A more fine tuned, custom learning plan that varies individual to individual to maximize learning compatibility
Lesson 4-10Major improvement in your gameplay and more advanced particulars are going to be focused on

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
