Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be going through the basics of the game which includes scoring and rules, baseline, kitchen play, paddle grip, and basic skill practice such as volleys, serve and return.
Lesson 4-10The lessons will focus on volleys and net dominance, third shot drive/drop and transition zone, court positioning, dink variety and pressure.
Lesson 2-3Reinforce Fundamentals + Add Movement, serve and return practice, third shot drop instruction and build game play confidence and strategy.
What you need to bringI suggest bringing your own paddle, but I have spare paddles you can borrow.
