Your first lessonIntroduce students to the basic rules, techniques, and gameplay of pickleball, emphasizing safety, fun, and engagement.
By the end of this lesson, players should be able to:
Demonstrate a proper grip and basic strokes.
Serve correctly and understand the 2-bounce rule. Understand the layout of the court and basic rules. Play a short rally or game
Lesson 2-3Reinforce basic strokes and rules, introduce dinking, volleys, and court positioning, and increase confidence through controlled gameplay.

Perform consistent dinks and volleys
Understand movement as a doubles team
Serve and return with intent and direction
Play short games with proper rules and basic strategy
