Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearn the fundamentals and rules of the game.
Lesson 11+Work on hand speed at the net, dead dinks, aggressive dinks, and any other specific shots you would like to work on.
Lesson 4-10Further expand on different shots like cross court forehands and backhands. Also work on net volleys and overheads. Play fun mini games to use what we learned in the lessons.
Lesson 2-3Work on specific shots like dinking and drop shots.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDiscuss what specific shots need to be worked on, go over what type of grip the player is using, and drill the shots that need to be worked on. With an emphasis on consistency and form.
Lesson 11+Use all things learned in previous lessons and continue drilling specific shots.
Lesson 4-10Fun mini games and coaches challenges.
Lesson 2-3Use this lesson to work on another shot or explore other shots maybe not used as often. Discuss strategy within the game and how to set up points.
