Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGo over the very basics such as where to stand and just hitting the ball over.
Lesson 11+Review everything prior, practice drops, roll volleys, drives, swing volleys, footwork, etc.
Lesson 4-10Review everything prior. Then practices how to serve, return, dink and punch volley with the correct techniques.
Lesson 2-3Review the stances and where to hit the ball.
What you need to bringWater, good tennis/pickleball shoes, an open mind and a good attitude.
