Tom's lesson was quite good, honestly. He was very patient and seemed to understand how to connect with a beginner, which made a real difference. The focus on all the basics was helpful, and I can see myself improving overall. Though I know I still have a lot to learn, I feel encouraged to keep practicing with his guidance. If you're interested in steady progress and a thoughtful approach, you might want to consider giving Thomas a try.

I have worked with Tom now for 2 years. He is a great instructor and has the ability to point out areas for improvement, in a way that makes it easy to incorporate. Very knowledgeable with the ability to pinpoint small adjustments that make a difference. There are many choices for instructors in the area, but my choice is always Tom!

Tom the Coach made pickleball click for me in just three lessons!
I signed up for Tom’s 3-lesson intro and was blown away.
• Lesson 1 focused on serves and returns—Tom’s simple cue of “aim deep and stay balanced” immediately improved my consistency.
• Lesson 2 was all about dinking at the kitchen; he showed me how to soften my grip and stay patient instead of trying to smash everything.
• Lesson 3 tied it together with the third-shot drop and smart positioning, which totally changed how I approach rallies.
Tom keeps things clear, fun, and encouraging. I went from feeling awkward on the court to holding my own in games. Highly recommend him to beginners or anyone wanting quick progress!
