Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDuring the first lesson, I observe what the learner already knows, where they may need additional support, and how they learn best. This allows me to tailor future lessons and assignments to their individual learning style while identifying and addressing any gaps in their understanding.
Lesson 2-3During the second and third lesson, I begin implementing a personalized learning plan based on my observations from the first session. I introduce targeted instruction, provide guided practice, and adjust my teaching strategies as needed to strengthen the student’s understanding and build confidence.
Lesson 4-10By the fourth-tenth lesson, I continue reinforcing previously learned concepts while introducing new material at a pace that supports the student’s growth. I encourage greater independence, monitor progress, and make ongoing adjustments to ensure the student is meeting their learning goals and gaining confidence in their abilities.
Lesson 11+By this stage, the student has developed a strong foundation, allowing us to focus on refining skills, tackling more challenging concepts, and applying what they have learned in meaningful ways. I continue to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction as goals evolve. My focus is on helping the student become an independent, confident learner who can apply strategies across different subjects and approach new challenges with confidence.
