Your first lessonThe first lesson is essentially a test run. I want to see how a student responds and what they respond well too.
Lesson 11+After 11 lessons a student should have plenty of basic information about various aspects of music.
Lesson 4-10After 4-10 lessons, progress should be seen and more demanding goals can be set.
Lesson 2-3Students can expect a litany of information being presented to them.
What you need to bringAlways bring a pencil. Any music available to you or that you are interested in playing is welcomed.
What I can bringI usually bring staff paper to explain musical concepts. If a stand is not available I will provide that as well.
