Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is all about finding out how technically proficient you are.
Lesson 11+From here on. We work on developing a tactic of how to continue progressing while implementing what’s learned into game situations.
Lesson 4-10While continuing the foundational work. There is a step up in progression as well as challenging the technical aspect of the player. For the advanced player, we start working towards positional training.
Lesson 2-3Foundational work begins with and without the ball.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe cover foundational aspects while clarifying what’s the target that we are aiming for. Technical work is the 1st aspect.
Lesson 11+At this stage it is about maintaining your development as well as pushing one’s self in every drill . Solidifying your place in your team.
Because that’s what you work for. To play every minute and to be the best player you can be.
Lesson 4-10Speed of play, technical capabilities, understanding where you fit in formationally are the 3 main components of advanced player development. By session 8 you should have a better handle of both the ball but understanding that the game is a compilation of moments. It’s a players job to understand how to thrive in that element. Both as an individual and team mate.
Lesson 2-3Once we gain an understanding of what we are aiming for. We starting working with the idea that the training is both technical and tactical. Anyone can teach you how to make a pass. I show show you why you make that pass in certain situations.
What you need to bringHave appropriate footwear, water and necessary clothing for the weather.
What I can bringI provide all the training equipment. Balls, cones, small goals etc.
