About your soccer coach
Hi my name is Alex Chela A little bit about my self is i like playing soccer and coaching. I played goalie for 7 years and love it since. I played a lot of club soccer and indoor leagues where I developed good foot work. Which I led multiple teams to finales. I want to inspire and help out young goalkeeper to have a opportunity to be better and become the best players they can be I started goalkeeper late and it hurts me I’m not able to becoming pro but I want to share my ideas and plans to goalkeepers and want to help the community I took sports psychology to learn about the players mind set and to help out with their dreams and goals as a player inside and outside the pitch. I’m also taking an NFHS learn course to be a proper coach for goalies and for the team I have my E License for coaching soccer Middle school level 1 Soccer NFHS

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvaluation of the player of how he/she is starting so I can figure what is a good plan for the keeper
Lesson 11+I will be giving them more easy and fun training for them to do to get used and to be comfortable as keepers
If they are ready they can talk to me so they can go to the intermediate if they want to keep working hard
Lesson 4-10Read
I will be showing more of technical work of footwork, eye coordination, and quick thinking to get them moving faster
Lesson 2-3The basic technique and form
I will teach the player of how to dive and to catch so they can be comfortable for later lessons.

To get an understanding of what I can help you with and asking you questions about what I can do for you to improve better so I can improve as a coach and for you as a player
Lesson 11+Training sessions
You will work with multiple keepers as a regular team atmosphere where work together and still will take on regular drills that can help you improve better and better
Lesson 4-10Game like
These drills will help you in game situations of angle shots crossing, quick turns. It will be more demanding of you doing physical work
Lesson 2-3Fast pace more techniques
We will be drills that will involve multiple techniques like diving catching, jumping, it will be fast paced and will consist of good mental health which will help in your reaction
Youth players
Working with kidsKeep them in their own environment to have more fun activities and more of just teaching them basic then less technical work
Working with teenagersTeens will work on the same environment as older player to keep them in a more realistic environment but able to work on their on pace
What you need to bringWhat you should bring before starting
- soccer cleats
-gk gloves (will not provide glove and coach the player to prevent injuries and time wasting)
- water bottle
These are just basic needs of when you practice but whatever you bring is up to you just inform me for the safety of others

- 12x6 portable goal
- 10 size 5 soccer balls
- disk cones and regular cones
- rebounder
- agility poles
- tennis balls
It will usually change depending on the training we will be doing.
