Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn our first session, I’ll introduce the basics in a fun and supportive way while assessing the player’s comfort with the ball. The goal is to build trust, confidence, and excitement for learning soccer.
Lesson 11+At this stage, players will continue to strengthen their foundation while being introduced to more game like scenarios at their pace. The focus is on confidence, enjoyment, and preparing them to feel comfortable joining recreational or competitive soccer.
Lesson 4-10Once the basics are more consistent, I’ll guide players through slightly more challenging activities that introduce teamwork concepts, simple decision making, and agility. Training will remain fun but encourage steady progress with each session.
Lesson 2-3These sessions will focus on core fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, ball control, and simple movement patterns. I’ll use engaging drills and games to keep learning enjoyable while reinforcing proper technique.
