Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasics of the game focus on contact on the ball and simple drills that work on ball dominance and distribution
Lesson 11+We start understanding positions on the field where to move, how to move, creating spaces and attacking it. Focus on different contacts on the ball and learning timing and building soccer IQ
Lesson 4-10Grow comfortably with the ball we start moving to slightly advanced dribbling turns and off the ball work ( moving off a defender, taking on a player, control and good, etc)
Lesson 2-3Repetitiveness until the basics are executed
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBuilding on what they have learned. How can we tweak movements and better them
Lesson 11+Put it all together. Can we pick a pass and execute in the box. Receiving on turns and finishing
Lesson 4-10Trying to improve in the box situations picking out your shoot spots and techniques
Lesson 2-3Improve on those tweaks and start to build more effectiveness on the field ( being quick to execute passes in tight spaces, being quick to spot a run
