Your first lessonSpeak to parent(s)& athlete(s) about a goal he or she wants to meet. We do stretches, a little bit of running to see the physical ability of each athlete. Finally, we play a little game and see each one's level they have on the field.
Lesson 2-3Daily stretches & 1 lap run (depends on weather conditions) Practice way to kick and move ball on the field.
What you need to bringgoalie: gloves, shoes, pants, and/or shorts (depends on what practice is on the day)
players: shoes, chingaurds, 1 ball( won't really use it, unless asked.),
