For example, if a child enjoys watching a certain show or playing a certain video game, combining those aspects into the lessons can not only get them engaged but having fun while increasing those results as an athlete
Working with teenagersBenjamin wants to know the athlete’s weaknesses and help the athlete enhance in those areas. Once he knows the weaknesses, he will use training methods to increase the athlete’s results

What I can bringCones, balls and pump. If necessary, I am willing to add more equipment depending on the athletes needs
