Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI do a first lesson by doing basic training drills to get an idea of where the players level is at. I also time their 40 yard dash because I like to have a base level of speed.
Training 2-3Heavy intensity of training trying to give them new techniques to improve their game.
Training 4-10Continuing to progress training sessions based on skill level.
Training 11+By lesson 10 I reassess to see how far we’ve improved and I go from there to schedule more sessions.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingI will test every aspect of their game to get an accurate understanding of where they are.
Training 2-3High vigorous training to quickly improve their game.
Training 4-10More of the same stuff to keep improving them.
Training 11+Testing at lesson 10 to see where we are at.
Youth players
Working with kidsI use more basic drills and sessions to improve little things.
Working with teenagersI have been coaching teens for years so I do have a great understanding of how to coach them.
What you need to bringPlenty of water, cleats, and a willingness to improve their game
What I can bringI have small goals, regular size goals, cones, pennys, and soccer balls.
