Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with the basics of Ball Mastery and Shooting.
Includes creative and fun drills along with a patient and positive learning style from me.
Lesson 11+Everything that was not covered in the basics, with examples such as but not limited to; learning favorite player position, how to play in said position, how to use teamwork effectively, how to become a strong force on the field, and countless more unnamed aspects of Soccer.
Lesson 4-10Focus on learning the strengths of the player, and helping them build upon that in a positive manner.
Lesson 2-3Building upon the foundations of Ball Mastery and Shooting, the player will learn new techniques and practice them on the Coach.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith about 2 years working with youth, I am versed in ways to make the practice both fun and effective for younger children.
Working with teenagersI take a similar approach as working with kids, but with more emphasis on skill based training. However fun can always be had along side skill development.
