Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first session is an assessment of the player and parent. The assessment is to help to help the families feel confident that they would like to me to coach their child/children.
Lesson 2-3The following sessions start where I feel is necessary for the player. From there each training session is to continue the repetition of previous sessions while implementing more difficult manipulations to challenge the player. I encourage failure. We must fail to succeed.
