I'm dedicated to fostering player growth, I bring both tactical and technical insights every session. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction and goal setting. Player assessment, simple drills to evaluate technical and physical condition.
Lesson 11+After 11+ sessions the student will be able to start with advanced drills and have knowledge both tactical and positioning matters. The students will face pressure scenarios and may be recorder and reviewed together to correct subtle technical or tactical details.
Lesson 4-10Keep working on skill drills with progressive complexity. Focus on decision-making and tactical awareness. Performance tracking after 10 sessions.
Lesson 2-3Build the foundation. Targeted skill drills focusing on repetition and precision, also including light pressure to stimulate real-game situations.
Youth players
Working with kidsFocus on fundamentals by repetition and precision, keeping the fun part of the sport.
Working with teenagersFocus on repetition and evaluation of the player constantly, to focus on what is lacking. Awareness of the space, real-game scenarios, decision-making.
