Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAsk about their knowledge with the sport. Starting out with stretching exercises. Then from their work on passing, dribbling, shooting and running exercises.
Lesson 11+The rest of the lessons we can work on what weaknesses the person might. Incorporating more advanced ball control and exercises drills. Strength training and injury prevention knowledge will be added.
Lesson 4-10Somewhere between the 4th and 10th session I can work with beginners on their skill for off the ball such as where to position themselves, scan, Teach on how to apply offensive and defensive pressure, as well as on how to move with the ball that can vary in situations.
Lesson 2-3I can then shift to working on juggling and chipping exercises so that the person can get an idea and concept of more advanced skills for beginners. We will also then work on sharpening their skills from the first session.
