Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFor a beginner’s first soccer lesson I would start with a short warm-up and then introduce them to the ball through simple dribbling and ball control exercises. The main goal is to keep it simple , build confidence, and make sure they have fun
Training 2-3Second lesson would Improve dribbling, passing, receiving, and ball control and third lesson would be to learn basic shooting, defending, positioning, and simple game play
Training 4-10Lessons 4–6 would Improve dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending while learning basic positioning while Lessons 7–10 would Practice teamwork, decision-making, game situations, and build confidence through small-sided games
Training 11+Continue improving skills, learn more advanced techniques and tactics, build confidence, and gain experience through game situations
