Young aspiring Athlete and former NCS DIV 2 Fall Champion. Hey there, I'm Diego. I have 9 years of soccer experience and I'm very passionate about soccer, I would love to share my passion and help those trying to get into soccer. I've been on the side of being the one who is getting coached and would like to step to the coaching side and share what I've learned as an athlete. Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1: Complete an introduction. 2: complete a 10 minute warmup. 3: go over the basics like passing, dribbling, scoring, and defending. Form a plan to see what the student needs help on the most.
Lesson 4-101: 10 minute warmup. 2: dive deeper and complete drills for each of the basics to further master the skills.
Lesson 2-31: 10 minute warmup. 2: dive deeper into the basics of soccer.
