About your soccer coach
With coaching experience at both the youth and collegiate level, I have more than three years of experience fostering a fun learning environment that prioritizes skill development and sportsmanship. I'm passionate about sharing my love for the beautiful game and helping athletes reach their full potential. Additionally, I played this beautiful game for 16 years, including at the collegiate level!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonYou know more about your goals than me! I want to learn where you see yourself going and what you expect to receive out of our training together. In the first lesson, I also emphasize my holistic approach: what is taught on the field goes beyond the field! I don’t want to just help you become a better player, but also a better person, a better leader.
Every session begins with a warmup and fundamental skills. I will introduce the skill to be learned, beginning with a teaching drill. Afterwards, we will work on a broader drill that incorporates the skill as an aspect of the drill. The lesson will end with an activity and a cool down. Following sessions will be subject to similar layouts with progressions being made as proficiency increases!
What you need to bringPlayers should bring a water bottle, a soccer ball, shin guards, and cleats.
What I can bringI can bring a bag of soccer balls, cones, agility ladders, and other equipment as needed
