Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be about understanding the skill level and understanding we have. We will introduce basic stretches, movements, and dribbling/passing.
Lesson 11+For certain ages the later lessons will include heading, wider range of passing, and understanding different circumstances in which to play the ball and where to play it.
Lesson 4-10We will continue to build off everything weโ€™ve learned. Each lesson builds off the last. With lessons 4-10 we will work on receiving the ball, attacking and defensive positioning, and understanding of the game.
Lesson 2-3Second lesson will play off the first and begin to improve our passing with both feet with movement. We will also increase our dribbling to include moving direction. We will introduce cool down stretches.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonOur first lesson will be getting an understanding of where the skill level is at. We will start with dynamic stretching and light jogging. We will begin with passing (one touch, two touch, passing and moving). We will then work on different defensive and offensive positioning.
Lesson 11+We will begin to work on match situations. I will have an iPad to show different situations to visually show the player. They will recreate that and begin to work on movement based on different scenarios.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 get more into shooting and defending. We will work on different shooting techniques and situations. We will also work on passing situations for defenders, midfielders, or attackers. Warm up stretching and cool down stretching will also be done.
Lesson 2-3Once we understand the skill level, we can understand what we need to work on. We will introduce dribbling drills through cones at varying distances. We will also get into 1v1 defensive and offensive situations.

Youth players
Working with kidsWorking with kids is all about communication. Keeping them moving and engaged will be our goal. Teaching them the basics and building off of that week by week is the goal. Each week the child should gain another understanding.

Working with teenagersTeenagers have learned a lot already. Giving them information and seeing how they grasp that information is key! Guiding and helping them in situations they are unsure of is the main goal. Repetition with said situation is how they will gain muscle memory.

What you need to bringStudents will need to bring cleats or athletic shoes and thatโ€™s it!
