Training 2-3Building Confidence and consistency
Correcting mistakes from the first session and build consistency.
Stationary Passing: Reinforce using the inside of the foot with accurate passes.
Shooting: Emphasize striking the ball with the instep for power and accuracy.
Training 4-10Focus will shift toward enhancing technical consistency, introducing game-like decision-making, and improving confidence under pressure. The sessions should progressively introduce more complex skills, challenge them with situational drills, and gradually transition to match scenarios.
