Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst start with juggling and dribbling drills to see the current level the student is at, then build off from there.
Lesson 2-3They will expect passing drills, more juggling and dribbling drills.
Lesson 4-10They should be expecting to feel a difference in how they play with the ball.
Lesson 11+They should expect to feel improvement on the ball as a player. And I also like to provide a fun environment while also trying to better the player. Soccer should be fun.
Youth players
Working with kidsI want to help them with the basics, because the basics is what will take them far in the sport and make them better.
Working with teenagersHelping them also with the basics and also at times mental training as well to help them have fun while playing in the game without worrying about messing up.
