Your first lessonI developed and implemented a structured training program designed to build fundamental skills, confidence, and tactical awareness in new players, in the first class we are going to learn
-basic motor skills without the ball
-first touches on the ball: how to stop and move it gently
-explanation of training routine: warm up, technical drills, games
Lesson 11+-basic field positioning and understanding of space
- player roles: defenders, midfielders, attackers.
Lesson 4-10-short passing
-basic shooting techniques using the inside of the foot
