Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe go over the placements to kicking the ball correctly. Just getting the feet used to it.
Training 2-3We then start incorporating drills that can be moved with ball and watching around you with confidence.
Training 4-10We start thinking about how the ball will move, looking around, defending, shooting, etc.
Training 11+The player will be able to connect all pieces with control and confidence to move around the game.
Youth players
Working with kidsTo work with kids, I will make it fun games for them while teaching them the important aspects.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers, I will focus drills that I see they need the most work on while building their confidence.
