Ernesto has now worked with my 8 year old for about a year, and we could not be happier with the experience or the results. He clearly communicates our son's progress and his expectations for improvements but is sure to set expectations that are realistic for his age. We have seen leaps and strides in our son's ability and dedication to the sport. We HIGHLY recommend Ernesto for kids of all abilities and experience levels.

When my son asked me to try soccer at age 8, I was very reluctant as I was worried because trying soccer for the first time at this age puts you really behind most of the kids who have been playing for years. I was concerned that he would be placed on a team that didn't want him, and he would feel that. Ernesto accepted my son into the team with no questions asked. He was a great coach and a great example of sportsmanship. I am grateful that he made my son not only feel like a part of the team but an important part of it. He learned so much about soccer this year with little to no previous experience. My son got "most improved" for the year all from the time and coaching that he received. I hope that other kids in my son's situation get to experience a coach that is willing to embrace newcomers and put emphasis on learning skills and development and not just winning.

As a young player, our son has seen much growth with Ernesto. He is very patient and thoughtful in feedback that helps the players to better understand the game and improve week to week. He looks at each athlete as an individual and works to make them the best player they can be. Lucky to work with him.
