About your soccer coach
Hi there, I am Coach Jenny. I moved from England in 2003 to coach and play soccer in the US. I have played and worked with many companies, teams and schools over the years and with children of all ages and abilities. I hold a UEFA B coaching license and I have had alot of coaching work in different sports. I look forward to meeting you at some point.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAll lessons will be 30-40 minutes of coaching, then about 20 minutes for scrimmage time, aslong as we have enough players for a scrimmage.
I also ask for parents to stay if possible, during class.
The first lesson will consist of fun games, and getting to know you..
Lesson 11+We will start focusing on shooting techniques while also still focusing on defense.
Lesson 4-10We use start to learn how to use other parts of our body, to recieve the ball.
We will also learn about defense and certain tricks.
Lesson 2-3We will focus on how to pass the ball and which part of the foot to use.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with younger children, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using activities and games to make learning enjoyable. I will be sure that the lessons are also about developing the player, aswell as physical fitness.
Working with teenagersAs teenagers are on a more competitive level, I adapt lesson plans to balance skill development with the social and competitive aspects that appeal to this age group.
What you need to bringJust a soccer ball, water bottle, cleats and shin guards. If you are a goalkeeper, your goalie gloves too.
What I can bringI will bring goals, pinnies, a ladder, cones, a ball pump and a whistle.
