In the first lesson I focus on getting to know the player: their goals, experience, and any injuries. We do a light warm-up and simple drills with the ball to assess coordination, first touch, dribbling and passing. The session is relaxed and fun, and we finish by setting clear, realistic goals for the next trainings.
In the remaining lessons the training becomes more game-like and personalized to the player’s position and needs. We emphasize tactical understanding (movement off the ball, scanning, combinations), using both feet, and consistency of performance. We regularly review progress and adjust the plan so the player keeps growing in confidence, autonomy and love for the game.
From lessons four to ten we gradually increase the intensity and complexity of the drills. We work on first touch, dribbling at speed, changes of direction, shielding the ball, passing under pressure and simple 1v1 and small-sided game situations. The focus is on improving technique while learning to make better decisions in realistic game scenarios.
In the second and third lessons we start to build a routine: dynamic warm-up, basic ball-mastery, passing and receiving, simple dribbling moves and finishing. I give a lot of technical cues and encouragement so the player feels confident. Each session ends with a short review and one or two ‘homework’ exercises to practice on their own.
In the first advanced lesson I evaluate the player’s technical level, decision-making and physical readiness through high-intensity ball-mastery, speed dribbling, first-touch under pressure and passing combinations. I also introduce small 1v1 or 2v2 situations to understand their game habits, strengths and areas to develop. The session is demanding but focused on quality and detail.
In the remaining lessons, we tailor the program specifically to the player’s position, goals and performance needs. Training includes advanced game scenarios, situational finishing, transition moments, positional IQ, and mental performance habits. Players can expect high-intensity sessions designed to replicate the demands of competitive matches. We track progress and continue refining details to help them reach their highest level.
From lessons four to ten, training becomes progressively more complex and game-realistic. We focus on tactical understanding: creating space, combination play, pressing cues, and quick decision-making in reduced spaces. Drills include advanced rondo variations, 1v1/2v2 dominance, finishing patterns, and conditioning with the ball. Each session is built to challenge the player’s speed of play and consistency.
In lessons two and three we build a strong technical and tactical base. Sessions include high-tempo rondos, first-touch directional control, dribbling at speed, finishing under pressure, and scanning habits. We also work on movement off the ball, quick transitions and position-specific demands. The training intensity increases, and players receive clear corrections to elevate their game.
