Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with basics like first touch, passing on the ground with both feet, volleys with both feet, dribbling through cones, shooting technique
Lesson 11+Putting everything that we’ve gone over to the test with fun drills that test the different areas of soccer development.
Lesson 4-10Adding in coordination and thinking while training using different color cones, high level volley and passing drills, finishing drills, higher level first touch drills
Lesson 2-3Variations of passing drills, variations of volley drills, different ways to trap and control the ball, variations of dribbling drills
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst touch work using top of feet, bottom of feet, thighs, chest, and head/ dribbling drills/ drills focused on what position the player currently plays.
Lesson 11+Building off of everything we’ve done, it will depend on where the player is lacking and would like to further master.
Lesson 4-10High level intensity dribbling drills, high level intensity agility and volley drills, fast pace turning and shooting drills, trapping and accelerating into space, finishing in the air on the ground, passing variations, long ball variations.
Lesson 2-3Variations of volley, passing and receiving, turning up field, first touch, dribbling, shooting, switching the field.
