Beginner training plan
Your first lessonwarm up, ball control, basic passing and some fun game
Lesson 11+repeat the structure of lessons 1- 4 increase difficultty or variation
Lesson 4-10warm up, shooting practices, 1vs1 keep possession
Lesson 2-3warm up, passing drills, reciving( control the ball before passing), mini shooting
What you need to bringComfortable sportswear (t-shirt, shorts, long socks)
Soccer cleats (or tennis shoes for indoor)
Water or other hydrating drink
Shin guards (required for safety)
Optional: hat or sunscreen for outdoor sessions, small towel
What I can bringSoccer balls (various sizes for different ages)
Cones or markers for drills and warm-ups
Small goals or cone goals for shooting exercises
Training bibs/vests to separate teams
Whistle and stopwatch/timer
Basic first aid kit (bandages, instant ice packs)

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
