Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first session I start with an evaluation. We go through coordination drills to check motor skills and agility, then move to core technical exercises such as passing, first touch, dribbling, and shooting. I also include a fitness assessment using a professional scale that measures weight, muscle mass, and body composition. This gives us a baseline for both technical and physical development.
Lesson 11+At this stage, sessions focus on performance. Players combine technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning in realistic match scenarios. Advanced drills and personalized challenges push each player to apply what they’ve learned. Fitness checks continue to ensure balanced progress on and off the ball.

How it works
Lesson 4-10Training becomes more demanding and game-like. We add decision-making drills, small-sided games, and position-specific exercises. Physical conditioning is part of every session, focusing on speed, endurance, and strength. Every 5 sessions we repeat the fitness assessment to track progress in body composition and performance.
Lesson 2-3Sessions begin with coordination and agility warm-ups, followed by focused technical drills (passing under pressure, ball control, dribbling patterns, and finishing). Players receive constant feedback to correct mistakes and build confidence. Training intensity gradually increases while reinforcing fundamentals.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is a full assessment. We record body composition with a professional scale, test strength, speed, and endurance, and run technical drills by position. This gives us a clear baseline to design a personalized program
Lesson 11+At this stage, players train like in a high-performance program. Around 30% of sessions are purely physical, while the rest integrate advanced technical, tactical, and positional work. Each session is tailored to simulate competitive demands, ensuring players are prepared both technically and physically. Ongoing measurements keep progress visible and objective
Lesson 4-10From here, training follows a clear cycle: every two sessions, one is fully dedicated to physical development (strength, plyometrics, speed, and endurance). Position-specific drills on the other days replicate game scenarios, decision-making, and tactical execution at match speed. Fitness assessments are repeated every 5 sessions to track progress in body composition and performance.
Lesson 2-3Training alternates between advanced technical/positional work and one fully physical session. Technical days focus on role-specific skills (defenders: 1v1 defending, midfielders: building play, forwards: finishing, etc.). The physical day develops strength, agility, and conditioning with and without the ball.

Youth players
Working with kidsMy sessions with kids focus on fun, engagement, and building a love for the game. We use simple technical drills, coordination games, and positive feedback to help them develop skills and confidence while enjoying soccer.

Working with teenagersWith teenagers, sessions are more structured and competitive. We work on advanced technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical development (strength, speed, endurance) to prepare them for higher levels of play, while also building discipline and mental toughness.
