Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis is where I will evaluate and assess the players baseline athletic ability- agility, strength, balance, gross motor coordination, eye to foot coordination etc, and begin with body mechanics and fundamental training
Lesson 11+To be able to show improved overall soccer skill ability, technique, athleticism, pace of play and improved game understanding as an individual player on a team operating together
Lesson 4-10Ability to juggle improves, improves eye to foot coordination, improves pace of dribbling, trapping, passing, shooting
Lesson 2-3Continuation of fundamental, body mechanics, basic soccer techniques for successful dribbling and comfort with the ball
Youth players
Working with kidsI have extensive experience with training players from junior level to U12 previously at The Force Cleveland Soccer Club
Working with teenagersI have a comprehensive program agenda and curriculum to assist with players developing leadership skills and future coaching skills incorporated into sessions for this age group 13-18
