Intro to positioning in different phases(attack/ defense). Defending basics: stance, timing, pressure). Shooting: techniques with both feet. Possession: 4 vs 1.
Lesson 2-3Ball mastery& movement: Dribbling inside/ outside foot, cone drills. Passing: short passes, accuracy, timing. Receiving: first touch drills,controlling passes. Basic movement off the ball.
