Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I focus on getting to know the student’s current skill level through basic drills and simple ball control exercises. I also create a fun and welcoming
environment to help build confidence and establish a strong coach-player connections
Lesson 11+The student will work on more advanced technical and tactical aspects, including agility, awareness, and game intelligence. I tailor each session to their progress, encouraging creativity and confidence, preparing them for real game situations.
Lesson 4-10We start to develop a deeper understanding of positioning, footwork, and reaction. Players will practice short game scenarios and learn how to make quick decisions on the field. Technical consistency and discipline become a focus at this stage.
Lesson 2-3During these lessons, we reinforce the basics: passing, dribbling, and ball control. I begin to introduce simple coordination and movement drills, always keeping the sessions engaging and age-appropriate.
What you need to bringStudents are expected to bring a soccer ball to each lesson. Proper athletic wear and water are also recommended.
