For over four decades, I've cultivated a passion for soccer, helping players of all levels refine their skills and deepen their love for the game. My extensive experience allows me to provide tailored coaching, fostering both individual growth and team success. I look forward to sharing my expertise with you on the field. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to the session-plan What is wanted? How do you create the plan? Who is doing what? Where can we implement everything? Activation: Running & touches of the ball. Warm-up: Stretches both static/dynamic movements. Technical: Core focus of the on ball aspect of the session. Examples are dribbling, turning, running with the ball, and scoring. Skill: Conditioned environment of repetitive actions that hone the development of fundamental facets of the core focus, such as 'first touch,' and how to enact efficiency and effectiveness in the components of a technical skill. Game: An environment of challenges that develops competition and motivation to strive for development and personal achievement.
Lesson 11+Full completion of the sessions as mutually discussed and agreed upon. An assessment of the sessions and the consumers' overall review of their experiences.
Lesson 4-10Feedback and assessment of the implementation to date and the need to intervene for changes to regression or progression of the scheduled sessions.
Lesson 2-3To begin the implementation, the determined plan of action. Autonomy of the consumer through dialogue of the process.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFundamental aspects and introduction to terminology, technical drills, and all-around presence to best participate in the session. First touch: Recieve-Set-Pass/Shoot. The breakdown of components within an action to enact a technical facet. Introduction to how the physical and psychological aspects of sports are contributing factors of playing sports.
Lesson 11+Review of the agreed and completed Personal Development Plan to assess and evaluate all the components of the process enacted throughout the schedule of sessions.
Lesson 4-10Developmental progression from the previous sessions through forthright identification of what is wanted, needed to move forward in the plan of action established with the player. Maintaining focus and discipline throughout the sessions to create self-actualization and self-determination for autonomy in progressing how and when the style of learning occurs.
Lesson 2-3Reiteration of the prior session and player autonomy in the recollection of how they have to sustain their development in both muscle memory and cognitive functioning to enact and succeed in applying what they have learned. Regression/Progression as appropriately needed to maintain motivation and self-betterment. Check-in process to assess/evaluate learning plan and style.

What you need to bringI will provide base equipment for a successful coaching session. Consumers to wear appropriate soccer practice clothing and footwear. Water or a drink that is adequate to provide hydration. The consumer is to bring their focus and best ability to participate in the session. Optimal attitude, aptitude, and application to learn and get the best from their experiences.
