Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA first lesson is an evaluation of the fundamental skills such as trapping, passing, dribbling, and shooting as well as an introduction into a regular routine warmup. From data collected during the initial session, a practice plan is formed based on the areas of greater need.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 and on, the warmup routine will be well established and we work on continuation of refining and improving the basic fundamentals.
Lesson 4-10In lessons four through ten, we build upon and expand the foundations at a gradual pace based on the players learning style and abilities.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are introductions to simple drills and foundations that we can build on in the following practices as well as continuing the building of a routine warmup.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson for an advanced player is an evaluation of the fundamentals and identifying areas where refinement is needed.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 and on will be continuation of refinement while also introducing new ways to think critically about the game and expanding skillsets.
