Your first lessonThe first lesson we will do a series of drills to assess the current skill level of the players and what skills need to be improved. This would be where I would explain my training philosophy on how to become a better player.
Lesson 4-10During these lesson we will work on adding these skills into real game scenarios. This will help the player develop real skills to use in games.
Lesson 2-3During these lessons we will attack weak spots in the players skills. This is essential to getting to the next level. Most of these drills will be come based to master the skills.
What you need to bringBring your cleats and a ball if you have one.
What I can bringI can bring cones and balls. Goals are an option depending if they are set up at the fields
