Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe are building fundamentals firstly. How to pass, how to manipulate the ball for basic passing/shooting and dribbling.
Training 2-3We look to up the intensity and incorporate drills that include obstacles such as cones for dribbling or passing sequences before shooting.
Training 4-10Escalating the techniques whilst still being basic. Introducing different variations of passing/shooting and dribbling.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingIntense game like drills that present as more difficult and faster than game speed. The aim being when we get to game time the player is not operating on thought but via instinct.
Training 2-3Building blocks to operate under pressure and time constraints. Two touch, one touch, shooting into targets, dribbling with pressure.
