Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning fundamentals such as ball control and footwork.
1. Learning how to kick the ball
2. How to receive a pass
3. How to move with the ball.
4. Introduction to head and chest control with the ball.
Lesson 11+1. Touching on the previous lessons in order to perfect the level of playing.
2. Playing scrimmage games.
3. Identifying the potion best suited for the individual student.
Lesson 4-10Continue with lessons on fundamentals introduction to more complex footwork as well as more intense conditioning.
1. Learning to think fast when having the possession of the ball.
2. Learning to receive the ball when it falls from a high distance.
3. Running for more endurance.
4. Stop and go drills.
5. Quick feet drill with the ball.
Lesson 2-3Establish a firm knowledge of the game as well as conditioning.
1. Learning how and when to pass and move.
2. Learning how to take a ball away from a player.
3. Learning how to score.

Working with kidsHaving a 4 year old daughter myself, the lessons are provided with all the patience needed so that the child may develop a good understanding of the game as well as experiencing the joy of playing soccer.
