About your soccer coach

My coaching style inspired by street style play mixed with organized structured style. Your journey in Soccer/Football starts as a beginner and learner. Improving requires a process of increasing ball touches and real game play time. As a student of the sport I understand what it takes to improve/create a player in today’s market. I have created a system and included phases of modern levels to create and meet players where they at. Phases: Beginner- Learner Armature- Having a foundation Semi Pro- Developed to meet performance needs (College level- Lower leagues) Pro – Sign for Pro teams in lower leagues or Play for league in the U.S called MLS-USL Pro- Ready to meet expectation and speed of play internationally Pro- Able to play and meet expectation in most and high demanding leagues teams in Europe Many have skipped most of the phases depending on certain factors: Age and ability to challenge and survive physically IQ understanding of the game and utilizing space Understanding positions duties and responsibilities Speed of play and decision-making ability Communicate clearly with teammates/coaches/media Technical/tactical awareness NFHS LEVEL 3 SOCCER COACH U.S SAFE SPORTS U.S SOCCER D LICENSE CANDADTE LEVEL 1 FINGERPRINTS

Lesson 11+Listen to player on what should be improving. Keep all stats and go over data with player. Point areas of improvement and work on increase fitness and stamina. Increase endurance and intensity. Work on developing a daily routine and habits for the player. Discuss injuries and prevention. Work on ID scouting opportunities and appropriate leagues. Provide player with support needed during travel- local games - be able to share stats with scouts and interested teams . Communicate with parents and Guardians and explain all necessary improvements and career opportunities as appropriate.
