Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart of with juggling to see how player’s touch is. Then work on some dribbling moves to see player’s skill. Then work on some passing to see player’s skill level and touch on the ball
Lesson 4-10Work in incorporating different dribbling skill moves on the way to goal and work on shooting.
Lesson 2-3More advanced dribbling moves and balls in the air to work on touch.
