I am committed to fostering skill development and sportsmanship on and off the field. I provide a clear understanding on the technical requirements needed for positions and the tactical requirements for them also. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI address what are the individuals “strengths” and “weaknesses” and asure we go the right way about positioning they prefer. I always provide my first session as an evaluation to check the individuals technical ability first.
Lesson 11+I will provide more challenging drills that will work on endurance and stamina on the ball to assure proper longevity in more high intense matches. Technique first and than intensity is applied afterwards.
Lesson 4-10Work on weaknesses to assure the individual has abilities on both feet not just one and do a breakdown on where they want to play on the field and make sure they feel comfortable knowing all they need to know on position requirements and tactical requirements when pursuing to play higher level fútbol.
Lesson 2-3We will work on technical abilities focusing on there strengths and providing technique suggestions to make movement and ball control smoother.
