Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI use the first session to get a feel for the player — where they are in their development, what we need to work on, and what strengths we can build from. It’s all about getting a sense of their game so we can tailor future sessions to fit their needs and goals.
Lesson 11+At this stage, we’re focused on long-term development — pushing the player to higher levels of consistency, confidence, and decision-making. Sessions stay competitive and game-like, always adapting to where the player is in their growth.
Lesson 4-10As we move into sessions 4–10, the focus is on steady progress — developing consistency, adding complexity to drills, and building confidence in game situations. Each session stays tailored to the player’s growth, making sure they’re challenged while continuing to refine their game.
Lesson 2-3In the next few sessions, we start building on what we learned in the first lesson — focusing on key areas for improvement and sharpening strengths. I adjust each session based on the player’s progress, adding new challenges and keeping the work game-relevant.
