Go through basic ball skills, passing/receiving, shooting and evaluate where you are as a player and what you need to improve on.
Start hitting technical areas such as passing and receiving, 1v1 skills and striking the ball on target.
I focus on building comfort and confidence right away. We start with a quick technical warm-up to assess their current ability, then move into simple ball-mastery exercises so I can identify strengths, challenges, and learning style. I keep the session positive, high-touch, and clear, giving players 1–2 immediate wins so they leave feeling motivated and excited to train.
These sessions introduce foundational skills: dribbling technique, first touch, striking mechanics, and basic coordination patterns. Training becomes more structured with short, repeatable drills that allow fast improvement. Players also begin working on body shape, balance, and proper footwork. The goal is to build consistency and confidence while keeping the environment fun and encouraging.
This period focuses on developing reliable technical habits. Players work on receiving under pressure, directional first touch, dribbling moves, passing accuracy, and finishing technique. Sessions become more challenging with added speed, decision-making, and small competitive moments. Beginners start to feel more in control of the ball and more aware of the game. By Lesson 10, most players see clear improvement in footwork, coordination, and confidence.
