Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will get to know the kids and see what they already know
Lesson 11+Hopefully by the 11th lesson I can introduce them to the idea of the game, show them how to play the game and determine which position suits them the best!
Lesson 4-10By the 4th lesson I hope to get them to work together for some passing drills and learn to run with the ball depending on the age group. for the younger kids i’ll get them to learn to work with each other to pass the ball back and forth
Lesson 2-3I will start with some basic drills to get them used to how to handle the ball and get them to understand basic conditioning
