Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson i usually see at what level the student is. After that we start to learn a bit about dribble, ball control, and pass.
Lesson 11+From now on we will just be polishing everything and try to make everything look as natural as possible. Here we will be improving the weakness of the player and make the player as complete as possible.
Lesson 4-10From the 4th and 10th lessons we will be improving everything we have done. We will be doing exercises that has dribble, pass, and finishing all at once. After that we will improve the dribble in speed or defending when the striker is running. At the end we will be improving positioning things such as see the field before receiving the ball.
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons the student will be improving his/her dribble and pass. The second half of the third lesson we will be start learning how to shot (for mids and strikers) and how to defend one on one (for defenders and defensive mids)
What you need to bringYou need to bring your soccer shoes, water bottle, sunscreen, and energy to train with me!
What I can bringI will be bringing balls, cones, and the field will have goals. Every other necessary equipment will be brought by me.
